Careers
We are hiring.
A small, closely-knit team running ten to fifteen projects a quarter. We would rather train someone who pays attention than hire someone who already knows everything.
Site Coordinator
The person who keeps the job site working. You handle materials, keep the site clean and safe, and are the eyes and ears reporting back to the site manager. No trade background needed — we train on the job.
What you would do
- Receive, stage and track materials, and move them as the work progresses
- Site prep and teardown — tarping, securing, weather protection
- Waste and scrap management, and a daily sweep
- Daily photos and site updates to the site manager
- Coordinate with delivery drivers and trades on site
- Report hazards to the site manager
- Assist with punch lists and inspections
- Unlock, lock and secure sites
What you need
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
- Able to lift and move 50+ lbs regularly, and work outdoors in all weather
- Able to pass a background check and drug screen
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to take direction and report back accurately
- Helpful but not required: OSHA 10-hour card, or willingness to get one
Construction Management Intern
A part-time role for a student or early-career candidate who wants to see how projects actually get run — split between the job site and the office.
What you would do
- Site coordination and photo documentation
- General office and administrative support
- Inventory and supply tracking, orders and returns
- Permit status tracking
- Inspection scheduling
Who it suits
- Students in construction management, building science or a related program
- Anyone organized and curious who wants into the trades from the management side
- No prior construction experience required
Not one of these, but think you would fit? Send a note to troy@consynigy.com and tell us what you are good at.
